What We Do
We model the actor and the virtual environment, enabling real-time simulation of lighting, shadows, and reflections between the real and virtual worlds. Our AI-powered software allows for immediate preview and approval of these effects, eliminating uncertainty and streamlining workflows.
Who We Are
Founded in 2024, ALL.VP is a York-based startup with a team of 8. We're a collaboration between the University of York, dock10, and 2LE Media, with £1.7 million in Innovate UK funding. Our team combines expertise in AI, computer vision, and film production, led by Will Rowan (CEO) and James Gardner (CTO).

We eliminate technical barriers, reduce production risk, and empower creators with real-time control and predictable results. We've been shortlisted for Best AI Innovation at the UK Broadcast Tech Awards and were selected for the AI SuperConnector accelerator programme.

This partnership, supported by £1.7 million in funding, has allowed us to build a custom virtual production facility at dock10. We've assembled a team with expertise in AI, computer vision, and film production to develop and implement innovative AI-powered lighting solutions, with the goal of revolutionizing virtual production workflows.
